How It Works:
- Owner/Installer Fills Out Power Cat Confirmed Tunnel Dimensions For Make, Model, Year of boat that VARA® Foil will be installed on.
- Our Design Team Performs a Feasability Study, If One Has Not Been Completed For The Make, Model, Year Of Boat.
- This Performance Study Is Supplied With Expected Performance #’s Based On Installer Supplied Data and Dimensions.
- Owner/Installer confirms structure and accessability in the area where VARA® Foil kit will be installed.
- If owner approves feasability study, structural design and final estimate of build, the VARA® Foil Majic begins.
- Build is Completed Usually Within 2-3 weeks.
- Owner/Installer Installs the VARA® Foil as per directions.
- Owner/Installer takes boat for an easy trial run for proper placement per Cg.
- The VARA® Foil is then removed and welded as 1 unit with provided side supports, this can sometimes be completed at boat.
- Owner/Installer attaches the VARA® Foil with 4-6 bolts depending on quantity of VARA® Struts supplied for strength needed.
- Owner/Installer takes boat on 3 separate test runs in your local sea conditions to “Dial the VARA® Foil In” and adjust as needed.
- Then the fun begins;
